Marvin was a no pressure sales person. They gave me a great rate and made the payments work for me. I haven’t received any of the promotional items (gift cards) they promissed -1 star.

They helped get me back into a newer car after disasterous financial issues caused me to lose my vehicle and were upfront and honest about what they could do to help me. I drove from Iowa to KC because of their determination to help me and because they were able to back up what they told me. The process wsa quick, the staff was courtious and friendly, and the buying/signing of the paperwork was a breeze. They are amazing and truly are here to help everyone!!! Worth the drive!

I really like the philosy of qualifying people in advavance so that you don’t have any false expectations. The atmosphere was very upbeat and professional. My salesperson was very nice and wasn’t pushy. The only thing I was dissappointed in is that I did not get any of the “In Store” promotional items that you here three to four times a hour on the radio. I won’t be listening to the radio for a while. However I will still give them 4 stars because overall they made buying experice stress free.

I just recently bought a 2007 Toyota Tacoma. I have wanted tthis truck for a long time. I checked three other Toyota dealerships that snubbed me once they found out my credit score was only 600. Car Smart told me with confidence they could get me financing, and did!! The only problem was it had some dings in the windshield. Ted, the owner wrote me a personalized letter that documented when I needed a new one they would give it to me for free. They did!!
